This aircraft is a high performance jet that’s fantastic to fly. This is a great aircraft to own and fly for many years to come.

This aircraft served with the Polish Air Force ‘Wojska Lotnicze i Obrony Powietrznej’  its last military flight was in Poland in 1990. The Polish sold a number of MiG-15 & 17 to the USA after the Warsaw Pact dissolved. The aircraft was then shipped to the USA where it ended up in Washington State. The owner was a comercial helicopter pilot and P & A mechanic. He hangared it in his private hangar. The aircraft only did a few test flights while in the US and the owner managed to get a type rating in the aircraft. He had an ex military pilot test fly it a few times. It was stored in a good hangar. The aircraft was well looked after and regularly ground run.

When the aircraft was purchased it was disassembled and shipped to Norway. Ex military engineers were hired  (From Poland and Romania) with expertise and extensive experience on the MiG-15 to assemble the aircraft. The aircraft was carefully reviewed and inspected with all of the systems tested. New avionics were installed.
