Purchased by current owner in 1999.

Engine: Continental W670, 260.9 hours SMOH.
Prop: fixed pitch wood Sensenich, 260.9 hours.

Both instrument panels restored to 1943 spec with US Navy Mk 8 Compass and Mk 5 electric tachometers.
Original sidewall electrical panels, fire extinguisher/intercom panels, removable instrument flying hood, US Navy spec locking tail wheel.
The interior has been restored as close as possible to the way it came out of the factory including interior canvas screens.
Radios are hidden in the documents box between the pilot’s knees.
For Fly-Ins and Airshows an additional instrument hood can be fitted.
WW2 intercom including RS38A microphones.
Original Gosport tubes can be supplied if required.
